Allen Richard Dunsworth, 67, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Allen was born October 21, 1947 in Moline, Illinois to Lloyd W. Dunsworth and Etta Mae Runyon Dunsworth. He served in the United States Marines and served 3 tours in Vietnam. He belonged to several organizations; Combat Warriors Motorcycle Club, and the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 23-13, and the American Legion Post 7. Allen was always the entertainer, making people laugh. He was very energetic, vibrant, and had a great sense of humor....

Allen Richard Dunsworth, 67, of Port Arthur, Texas passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. Allen was born October 21, 1947 in Moline, Illinois to Lloyd W. Dunsworth and Etta Mae Runyon Dunsworth. He served in the United States Marines and served 3 tours in Vietnam. He belonged to several organizations; Combat Warriors Motorcycle Club, and the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 23-13, and the American Legion Post 7. Allen was always the entertainer, making people laugh. He was very energetic, vibrant, and had a great sense of humor. Allen was a great entrepreneur and was always thinking of ways to better his business. He was always willing to help others and once he was your friend, he was always a friend.

Allen is preceded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Etta Mae Dunsworth; and a brother, Daniel Schrader. He is survived by his loving wife, Vicki F. Dunsworth; children, Scott Dunsworth and wife Leanne, James Michael Dunsworth, Allen Benjamin Dunsworth and wife Danielle; Krista Bramlett and husband Jason; brothers, Tim Schrader and wife Judy, and Kelley Dunsworth and wife Mary. Mr. Dunsworth also leaves behind 4 grandchildren and is expecting one in September; and numerous other nieces, nephews, friends, and family members to cherish his memories.

In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter 23-13 or the American Cancer Society.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, May 18, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with a Life Celebration to begin at 6:00 p.m., at Grammier-Oberle Funeral Home. Military Honors will be presented after the service.
